How to submit a structural warranty claim

Reach out to your warranty manager or warranty department at Bill Beazley Homes and request an evaluation. You will need to provide photos and a description of what is occurring.

If the information qualifies for an evaluation, an appointment will be setup at your home.

If a valid structural warranty is found the next steps will be reviewed with you by the Evaluators.

If there is no structural warranty, the Evaluators will review with you what is causing it, and if you disagree, you may submit a claim to StrucSure Home Warranty for a third party to review. You may visit your StrucSure Home Warranty Portal for more information on submitting a claim https://warranty.strucsure.com/ .
