Scheduling Your Homeowner Orientation

When will I know my Homeowner Orientation appointment?

Your Homeowner Orientation is usually scheduled about one week before your closing day. This timing may shift slightly depending on builder availability, the stage of construction, or holidays—but we’ll make sure you know as soon as it’s set so you can plan ahead.

What times are the appointments scheduled?

We normally schedule Orientations at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM. These times give us the opportunity to walk you through your new home at a comfortable pace, explain how everything works, review your warranty, and answer all your questions without feeling rushed.

What if I cannot attend?

We understand schedules can be tricky. If needed, we may be able to adjust the date by a day or two. If you aren’t able to attend at all, we encourage you to have a trusted representative, like a family member, friend, or your realtor, join us in your place.

If you can’t be there, we suggest walking through the home with your representative beforehand and jotting down any questions you’d like them to ask during the Orientation.

If you cannot attend, we will also schedule a time with you, typically within 24 hours of closing on your new home, to meet your Warranty Manager and they will over your warranty and closing packet in person.

How will I be notified about my appointment?

About one month before your closing date, you’ll receive an email with the details of your Homeowner Orientation. The timing may shift slightly depending on when your contract is finalized.

Your official appointment confirmation will come from [email protected], and it will include the date and time of your Orientation. You’ll also get a text message sent to the primary phone number listed on your contract information sheet, to confirm or request rescheduling.
